Abstract

Abstract: 117

Type: Oral

In recent years the Progressive MS Alliance has shed a spotlight on the management of people with progressive multiple sclerosis. In line with this rehabilitation studies focusing solely on people in the progressive phase of MS are gradually beginning to emerge. A critical review of the empirical evidence base in this area will be presented. The gaps in evidence will be highlighted and some thoughts will be shared about future areas for rehabilitation research in this complex and challenging patient group.
